Conducting geodetic measurements of the usable area are necessary to obtain a permit for the use of new development facilities. We offer comprehensive measurements and development of as-built documentation of the investment based on the current PN-ISO: 9836-1997 standard, including the preparation of:

• residential premises cards,
• business premises cards,
• storage and bicycle cell cards,
• floor plans,

based on which certificates of self-sufficiency are issued. Also, we can carry out measurements of parking spaces in garage halls. The premises are also measured to determine the exact lease area and the separation of the premises. For the most part, the standards based on which measurements are made are BOMA and TEGoVa. Each time we prepare premises cards – for tenants, as well as collective lists of usable and common areas in the facility – for managers.
