Conducting geodetic measurements of usable floor area is essential to obtain occupancy permits for new real estate developments.

We offer comprehensive measurements and preparation of as-built documentation for projects in accordance with the applicable standard PN-ISO: 9836-1997, including the preparation of:

• residential unit sheets

• commercial unit sheets

• storage and bicycle room sheets

• floor plans

Based on these documents, certificates of unit independence are issued. Additionally, we can perform measurements of parking spaces in garage facilities.

Unit measurements are also carried out to determine accurate rental areas and to define individual units. Most often, the standards used for these measurements are BOMA and TEGoVA.

For each project, we prepare unit sheets for tenants as well as summary reports of usable and common areas in the building for property managers.
